Associate Dean, Faculty of Business and Commerce- ISBAT University. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience, research and publications experience with great affiliations to International institutions of national and regional repute. At his Doctorate, he specialized in Development Economics after training in various Postgraduate Management related Programs with a very strong background in Applied Economics, Project Planning and Management at his undergraduate training from Makerere University.

In a nutshell, he is diversely skilled and a multidisciplinary Associate Professor of Development Economics and Management related Studies. Dr. Mbabazize has headed numerous senior academic and administrative positions of strategic importance at Kampala International University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, University of Rwanda and others. Over 16 years of experience in higher education Involved passionately into the promotion of institutional policymaking, research & innovation, faculty/staff development, enhancing stakeholders’ satisfaction and other operational activities through academic and administrative leadership.
