Dr. Tripathi brings over 18 years of experience in academics and industry with expertise in Training, Organizational Behavior, and Psychology. Her academic assets include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Allahabad University, and a Master’s in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University in Industrial Psychology. She has also taken a course on “Diversity and Inclusion Management” from Harvard Extension School. She has completed her Fellow Program (Ph.D.) from Lucknow University, India, in Industrial Relations.She is certified and licensed in psychometric tools like- FIRO B for Personality Test and Strong Interest Inventory for Career Guidance. She has also co-authored a book, HR@Analytics.She was the second winner of the Yoga Contest from Uganda in the year 2020 in the Adult Category.
