ISBAT University recently hosted the much-anticipated Job Connect Festival 2025 at its Kampala campus — an impactful career event designed to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world employment. The festival brought together top employers and enthusiastic students in a dynamic environment of opportunity, networking, and growth.

The event was a great success, drawing participation from a range of reputable companies and organizations across various sectors. Among the prominent employers who actively engaged with students were:
Finance Trust Bank – providing insights into the financial services sector and screening candidates for internship and job placements. Galaxy FM Uganda – bringing vibrant media energy and connecting with students interested in communication and marketing careers. Airtel Uganda, Tembo Steel, Brighter Monday Uganda, Najod Surveillance Systems, Bolt Uganda, JIBU Uganda, and many more — all made valuable contributions through interviews, mentorship sessions, and on-the-spot recruitment drives.

Over the course of the festival, students had the chance to present their CVs, attend career guidance sessions, and network with industry professionals — helping them better understand employer expectations and explore career paths aligned with their fields of study.
Dr. Pradeep Kumar , Director Academic Affairs at ISBAT University, shared his appreciation, stating,

“The Job Connect Festival reflects our commitment to producing industry-ready graduates and strengthening the university-industry partnership that empowers the youth of Uganda and Africa at large.”
ISBAT University thanks all the employers, partners, and students who made this event a true celebration of talent, opportunity, and empowerment.
